Ivory Properties Group was established in 1999 and have since grown into an established and reputable property developer in Penang and Northern Malaysia.

Our project portfolio includes medium to high-end apartments, luxury condominiums, semi- detached and bungalow homes, boutique gated communities, retail & commercial lots and more.

All our projects have been completed on or even ahead of schedule and adhere to the highest standard of workmanship and quality controls.
