Mr Siva Balan A/L Gunasegaran ("MrSiva") is the Operations Director of the Ivory Properties Group Berhad("Ivory"). He joined Ivory in2014 as Assistant Manager in charge of property management services, assetmanagement, health and safety and operational licensing requirements. He waspromoted to Associate Director the following year, a position which he helduntil his promotion to Operations Director in 2021. Mr Siva liaises directlywith Ivory's Group Chief Executive Officer ("Group CEO"), advises andassists the Group CEO in coordinating and proactively manages the assets andrisks of Ivory Group, seeks and arranges financial and operational solutionsfor Ivory Group.
Mr Siva graduated with Bachelor Degree inHuman Resources Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2008 and alsoheld a Master in Business and Administration (Property Management) fromUniversiti Malaya ("UM"), which he obtained in 2018. Adding up to his academic achievements was aBachelor Degree in Jurisprudence which he obtained from UM in 2019.
