Fit Out Coordinator

  • At least 1 year relevant experience in retail-shopping centre/commercial block.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise with tenants, customers and coordination within internal departments.
  • Possess self-motivated, creative idea, strong initiative and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge in Building Management/ Facilities Management or Management and able to supervise
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture studies or Architecture or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of AutoCad, 3D modeling software will be an added advantage.

 

Secretary

  • Possess a Diploma/Private Secretary Certificate with minimum one year working experience in secretarial or administrative work.
  • Resourceful, possess initiative, well-organized, independent and has good command of English.

 

Building Supervisor

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate.
  • Diploma in Facilities Maintenance/ Building Engineering/ Building Technology/ Building.
  • Maintenance/ Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Building & Common Property Act (Maintenance & Management) and Strata Title Act is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Building Management/ Facilities Management or Management and able to supervise and work in a team.
  • Has Initiative, a fast learner and able to work independently.
  • Possess a pleasant personality, likes problem-solving and providing assistance to residents.

 

Cashier (General Clerk)

  • SPM holder.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Computer literate.

 

Receptionist

  • SPM holder.
  • Computer literate and possess good communication skills.
  • Responsible for handling the front desk operations of the Complex/Company.

 

Technical Manager

  • Minimum 10 years experience in luxury residential & high-rise condominium design & detailing.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in construction drawing productions.
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, highly disciplined and possess good interpersonal skills.

 

Design Architect

  • Minimum 3 years experience in high rise residential and/or commercial design.
  • Flexible design approach and good graphic presentation.

 

Legal Executive Assistant/Legal Executive

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in law.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office/MS Excel/MS Power Point.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the field of conveyancing is required for this position.
  • Additional experience in civil litigation would be an added advantage.
  • Able to analyze legal issues, draft and negotiate a variety of letters and commercial contracts.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Reliable, has good working attitude and works well in a team.
  • Remuneration will commensurate with the level of experience.
  • Candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility and be highly motivated.
  • Mature individual, hardworking and with strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.

 

Legal Administrative Assistant

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM qualification.
  • Candidates currently working in a legal firm or reading Law are preferred.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Good planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Words/Excel).

 

Senior Draftperson

  • Minimum 5 years experience in high/low rise residential and/or commercial building drafting.
  • Flexible design approach and good graphic presentation.
  • AutoCad skills required.

 

Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Must be able to provide estimates on construction and other project cost for feasibility studies of the various projects, monitoring and checking of tenders and contract documentation.
  • To assist in site valuation, checking value of works and certifications of interm payments to contractors.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Must be computer literate.

 

Assistant Development Planner

  • Experienced in layout design and feasibility studies.
  • Fresh graduates (University/College) are encouraged to apply (Studies in Town Planning, Architecture, Project Management or subjects related to Construction and Property Development, Must possess skills in using AutoCad and Microsoft Office, especially Power Point.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with excellent skills in Graphic Design (including software) and photography.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to work under pressure and highly deciplined.

 

Chargeman

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification in any field.
  • Posses a minimum Class BO Chargeman Competency Certificate approved by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
  • Competent and possess vast experience in carrying out all duties and responsibilities of a Chargeman.
  • Well-versed on electrical installation i.e., Transformers, Motors, Control and Testing, Gen-Set, High Voltage Systems and Maintenance.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Reliable, has good working attitude and works well in a team.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

 

Graphic Designer

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Advertisement & Presentation software skills.

 

Safety Officer

  • To assist in all matters pertaining to OSHA Development.
  • To provide monthly report to the Project Manager.
  • Possess a Safety Certificate by NIOSH or any related site experience under the Safety Department Committee.

 

General Clerk

  • Minimum 2 years experience in clerical work.
  • Above average results achieved in SPM.
  • Female applicant preferred.
